Steven Napier (Managing Director)
Qualified as a Construction Economist with an MBA from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh. Has over 20 years of experience in project development and acquisitions which have been gained in the energy industry in Europe, Australia and Asia. Prior to founding NGplus in 2004, Steven worked with Mobil and Mirant.

UK based independent corporate finance advisors that provide financial structuring services through extensive European, Latin American and Asian experience; relationships with commercial and multilateral lenders; and extensive project economic evaluation and modelling services.

Consilium
UK based financial and commercial advisors to the utility sector that provide services including bid structuring, project financing, corporate financing, refinancings and acquisitions and disposals.
